Although the 2015 hardcover version is an excellent resource, the 2015 Kindle version is missing many entries. If you compare the 2007 hardcover to the 2015 Kindle version you will find lots of missing entries. If you need all entries you may want to wait until this error is corrected or buy the hardcover version. If you have never used the previous hardcover version, you may not know the difference.
